This return policy applies only to purchases made on www.yellowshoes.com. Purchases made in-store must be returned or exchanged at a Yellow Shoes retail location. To find your nearest store, click here.
We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original box or packaging, with the packaging in good condition, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Items that have been worn or marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Merchandise discounted by more than 41% is considered FINAL SALE.
For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Socks, caps, hats, beanies, shoelaces, jewelry, insoles, mittens, scarves, and shoe care products.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Warranty Claims
If you believe your item is covered under warranty, please contact our Customer Service team directly. Warranty claims cannot be processed in our retail stores.

How to Start a Return

Enter your order number and email address to submit your return request.
Once your request has been approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with simple packing and shipping instructions.
Please package your items securely in their original box or another sturdy shipping box. If available, include your packing slip.
The date your return is received at our warehouse will be considered the official return date.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
If you choose to return your order by mail, the $8.95 CAD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
Yellow Shoes is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return transit.
