ONLINE SHIPPING POLICY
Receive free standard shipping within the province of Quebec for purchases of $60 and over, excluding taxes, when signed into a yellowshoes.com account.
If purchases are under $60, excluding taxes, get a flat rate of $5.95 for shipping within the province of Quebec.
For the other territories and provinces within Canada, outside of Quebec, get a flat rate of $5.95 on all orders.
Please note that shipping charges are taxable. Yellow Shoes reserves the rights to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We only ship within Canada and can only have one shipping address per order. However, you may place multiple orders.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
A tracking number will be provided to you in a shipment confirmation email following the shipment of your order. ONLINE SHOPPING RECEIPT
You will be sent an online purchase receipt to the e-mail address provided during the purchase of the online order.
REGISTERING YOUR CREDIT CARD AND STORING YOUR DATA
You can register one or more credit cards to your Yellow Shoes account, to avoid having to re-enter your payment information for future purchases. As an added security measure, no confidential data is stored on our own servers. Only the first four and last four digits of your credit card will be displayed in your Yellow Shoes account, to help you identify your credit cards quickly. You can manage or delete a registered credit card from your Yellow Shoes account at any time.
Our online store www.yellowshoes.com offers a one-time-only price adjustment on items purchased within 15 days of invoice with your original invoice. This allows you the chance to take advantage of any promotion or sale you may have missed after you made a purchase. In the event of this happening, please send an email to our Customer Service at email@example.com with the subject “Price adjustment” along with your “order number”.
Promotions cannot be applied to purchases made previously or be combined with other offers or discounts.
The promotions apply to merchandise only. They do not apply to taxes, shipping charges and handling charges.
