Delivery and Shipping

Yellow Shoes offers free standard shipping (1-7 business days by Canada Post) for all orders shipped to Quebec. For the other territories, Yellow Shoes a flat rate of $5.00. This offer does not apply to previous orders. Yellow Shoes reserves the rights to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

Please note that shipping charges are taxable.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We only ship within Canada and can only have one shipping address per order. However, you may place multiple orders.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The return policy only applies to merchandise purchased on www.yellowshoes.com. We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date - All items must be in their original box - You must include the original sales receipt. All worn and final sale item(s) are not exchangeable or refundable. Item(s) that are reduced by 50 % or more are considered FINAL SALE. Furthermore, for hygienic reasons, products such as: socks, tights, jewellery, insoles and care products will not be exchanged or refunded.

Please note: any returns that are part of the Buy One Get One offer, the discount will be cancelled. 

There are (2) options to return your online purchase:

A) Returns by courier

Yellow Group inc. offers free standard returns (done by Canada Post) for all orders shipped for free (see detail below). Return your item(s) by using the return label provided to you upon your purchase at www.yellowshoes.com. This offer does not apply to previous orders. Yellow Group inc. reserves the rights to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

All returns in store are free.

Please follow the 5 steps below for all returns by mail:

1-Circle the item(s) on your invoice that you wish to return. 2-For each returned item, indicate the reason for the return on the original invoice by following the number chart below. Simply indicate the corresponding number next to the item(s) selected to be returned on the original invoice.

3-Pack and close your return merchandise securely in the original shoe box and shipping packaging you received upon delivery and include your original purchase invoice with the reason for return in the shoe box. 4-Stick the pre-paid Canada Post return label on the exterior of the package. 5-Drop the package off at a Canada Post office to issue the return. For further details please contact customer service.

Make certain to keep a copy of your 16 digit tracking number provided by Canada Post as it may be necessary to determine the status of your return using the website www.canadapost.ca. Groupe Yellow inc. will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once your return is checked-in at the warehouse, you will be sent an email to let you know it has been received and that your refund has been issued. From this time, it can take up to 20 business days to show up on your credit card or your Paypal account. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment.

 

B) Return or exchange in a Yellow store

You can return or exchange any UNWORN item(s) in a Yellow store. It is important that the merchandise is in its original undamaged shoe box accompanied by the original receipt within 15 days from the date of purchase. We invite you to view our website www.yellowshoes.com to find your closest store.

Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. An ID card will be required.

All worn and final sale item(s) are not exchangeable or refundable. Item(s) that are reduced by 50 % or more are considered FINAL SALE. Furthermore, for hygienic reasons, products such as socks, tights, jewellery, insoles and care products will not be exchanged or refunded.

Refund orders made by Paypal and an American Express card

Unfortunately, due to technical limitations we are not able to refund in-stores orders that were made using Paypal or American Express (AMEX). For a return, please return the items to our warehouse at the address below. You will receive a free return label to facilitate to the process.

Manufacture defect for worn merchandise within 30 days of purchase

In these rare cases, the return must be done at a store level so a manager can properly evaluate the item.

The item may be repaired (Yellow will pay up to 10% of the item value), exchanged or credited on a gift card upon the presentation of the original receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Accepted methods of payment

YellowShoes.com accepts the following methods of payment online: Visa and MasterCard.

    Currently, we cannot accept online payments by debit cards and gift cards. However, you can use them at any time in our stores. For security reasons and to prevent fraud, online orders paid by credit card on this website will only be accepted by Yellow Shoes if the purchaser’s name and billing address match the name on the credit card and their credit card billing address.If the information does not match, your order will be declined, even if your bank authorized the transaction. In this instance, Yellow Shoes will contact you to obtain the information required to credit you according to the original online method of payment. The information obtained will remain confidential.     Online shopping receipt

    You will be sent an online purchase receipt to the e-mail address provided during the purchase of the online order.

     

    Registering your credit card and storing your data

    You can register one or more credit cards to your Yellow Shoes account, to avoid having to re-enter your payment information for future purchases. As an added security measure, no confidential data is stored on our own servers. Only the first four and last four digits of your credit card will be displayed in your Yellow Shoes account, to help you identify your credit cards quickly. You can manage or delete a registered credit card from your Yellow Shoes account at any time.

     

    Price adjustments

    YellowShoes.com offers a one time only price adjustment on items purchased within 15 days of invoice with your original invoice. Please send an email to our Customer Service at serviceclient@yellow.qc.ca with the subject Price adjustment along with your order number.
