STUDENT & TEACHER DISCOUNT – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The 10% discount for students and teachers is exclusively available to eligible individuals holding a valid, non-expired student card or proof of teacher employment.

This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to previous purchases.

Online submissions are reviewed manually, and approved applicants will receive a personal discount code valid for 12 months for online use only. In stores, the discount can be applied upon presentation of valid proof of eligibility.

Yellow reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse or revoke the discount if fraudulent or invalid documents are presented. This offer may be modified or canceled at any time without prior notice.

RULES OF THE "$500 TO WIN" CONTEST

This contest is sponsored by Groupe Yellow Inc., 5680 St-Dominique Street, Montreal, Quebec H2T 1V6.

CONTEST PERIOD
The “$500 TO WIN” contest (the “Contest”) begins on the first day of each month and ends on the last day of the same month.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence. Employees, agents, and representatives of Groupe Yellow Inc., its affiliates, and their immediate families living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

PRIZES
Five (5) prizes of $100 CAD each will be awarded every month for a total of $500 CAD. Each prize consists of a $100 Yellow gift card valid in-store. If the winner does not live near a store, a unique $100 coupon code valid online may be issued instead. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

HOW TO ENTER
Customers who agree to receive Yellow Shoes promotional emails and SMS messages, either in-store or online, are automatically entered for the monthly draw. Only one entry per person per month is permitted. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or tampered with will be void.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
A random draw will be held electronically by an employee of Groupe Yellow Inc. on the last day of each month at the company’s head office in Montreal. Five (5) winners will be selected and notified by email within 7 business days. Winners must reply within 7 business days, correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, and provide proof of eligibility to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond in time, another eligible entrant will be randomly selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Yellow Shoes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest in the event of fraud, technical issues, or any cause beyond its control that affects the integrity or proper conduct of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage or interfere with the Contest is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification or legal action.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants release Yellow Shoes and its affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or the acceptance or use of a prize. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws.
