CONTEST PERIOD
The $250 Gift Card Contest begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 and ends on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (the "Contest Period") and is conducted via the Internet only.
There is one (1) phase to the Contest: one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
ELIGIBILITY
No purchase necessary. Access to a computer, as well as Internet access is required. The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory or state of residence on the date of entry. Employees, agents and sales representatives of Yellow Shoes Inc. are ineligible. ("Yellow Shoes"), their advertising agencies, order fulfillment centres and Prize suppliers, each of their parent, affiliated or related companies, suppliers of products or services related to the Contest, as well as members of their immediate family (defined as parents, brothers, sisters, children and spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons with whom they live (whether related or not) are not eligible.

LIMIT
Multiple entries per email address are not accepted in this Contest for the Contest Period. Entrants may not share the same email address. PRIZE
There is a total of one (1) Prize to be won. The Prize is valued at a total value of $250 CAD. The prize consists of: a gift card valued at $250 CAD.
All amounts indicated are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prizes cannot be sold or transferred, and are not redeemable for cash. Yellow Shoes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. HOW TO WIN
At the end of the Contest Period, a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period will take place on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 5680 St-Dominique Street, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The winners will be announced on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 directly via the email address provided in the entry form. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period, as well as the validity of the answer given.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMING PRIZES
