What’s your daily work routine?

My day begins with researching the latest fashion news. I review blogs, social media, designer websites and runway shows to key trends that could be an inspiration for building our shoe collections. Because we plan our collections a year in advance, I prepare style guides and trend books to feed the buyers and designers, which guide them in their product conceptualization. I have to make sure that the collection respects the direction of the seaon and that the trends are adapted for our customers. I also brief stylists and art directors on our campaign photo-shoots to communicate the styling and trend direction.

How do you create your look?

There are no rules! I mix vintage with street chic for an edgy look !  I think that the most important thing is to wear it with confidence. Just have fun with fashion!

What is your favorite trend for spring 2014?

I’m very inspired by the 90’s grunge & glam references. I love crop tops and platforms! This whole trend is very nostalgic for me.

What are your top 3 must haves?

A black leather jacket, a pair of classic pumps and Ole Henriksen African red tea foaming face cleanser.

If you were a shoe?

I would be a pair of black suede thigh-high boots.
