Let's be honest, smoothies are everyones favourite. Who doesn't like taking their most delicious fruits and vegtables, putting them in a blender and drinking a tasty and healthy treat?

Not only is smoothie making quick and easy, it also improves digestion because it is easier to digest liquids than to digest "chewables" and allows you to detox giving your digestive system a break. 

Our colleague Catherine, from our menswear department, has a special green juice recipe for us to start the day right.


Here's what you have to do:

- 2 to 3 kale leaves
- Fresh Aloe Vera pulp
- 1/2 a peeled cucumber
- 1/2 cup pineapple 
- Freshly squeezed lime juice
1 1/2 cup of water

Blend everything together and drink!
