Provide excellent sales and customer service and top knowledge of merchandise to satisfy customer needs.
Organize and supervise all store operations, direct and co-ordinate activities of subordinates.
Assist Manager in personnel management (hiring, layoffs, policies and procedures, employee benefits, etc.)
Assist Manager for planning of store's day to day work
Get involved in personnel evaluation
Fill in for the Manager when he or she is out (organize, manage)
Prepare store windows and displays according to the marketing plan, handle products
Ensure store cleanliness
Train and motivate new employees to maximize their productivity
Take care of receiving and handling of products
Be in charge of the opening and closing of store when Manager is out
Perform any other related duties assigned by the first-line supervisor. Occupational and technical requirements

Handle all performance evaluations for his/her store, recommend promotions, transfers, dismissals, etc
Communicate with Human Resources Department regarding all employee administration queries such as benefits, company policies and procedures, salary, deductions, etc

Requirements
High school diploma
6-month experience as an Assistant Manager or a Sales Attendant
Sales and customer service skills, dynamic, motivated, ability to listen, availability
